• Will CWP help me estimate the materials needed for my project?
  Yes.  Whether you call us or visit our showroom, one of our experienced sales associates will be available to assist with your material estimation and product selection. 
   
• Does CWP offer installation services for the products they sell?
  As a service to builders so they can concentrate on other elements of their business, CWP Construction Services (CWPCS) provides installation labor and management services. For homeowners seeking installation of one or more of our many fine products, we provide lists of contractors and carpenters with whom we have had long and successful relationships.
   
• Will CWP finish a product to my specifications (stain, assembly, etc.)?
  From installing leaded glass to applying stains and polyurethane, CWP can finish products to your specifications.  For specific requests, please contact a sales associate.

• What types of wood species are available to choose from?
  Our products are typically made from hardwoods including mahogany, white oak, red oak, birch, cherry, maple, ash, poplar, and walnut.  Other types may be available upon request.
   
• Are there products available for purchase not shown on this web site?
  Yes.  In addition to those displayed on our site, CWP sells a wide variety of other quality products including finish hardware, pre-hung doors, and mantels.  We also represent brands including Schlage, Pinecrest, Rocky Mountain, and more.  Many of these products are on display in our showroom.
   
• Does CWP offer custom millwork based on my needs?
  Yes.  We can create custom wood products from CAD designs, hand-drawn sketches, or even ideas.
   
• Does CWP offer prefinished trim packages?
  Yes.  We offer prefinished trim packages to suit any project.  Please contact a sales associate or visit our showroom to learn more.

• Does CWP have a showroom?
  Yes.  We invite you to visit our new 15,000 square foot showroom centrally located near downtown Columbus, Ohio.  We are open from 7 AM to 6 PM weekdays.  [ Click here for our location map and detailed hours ]
   
• What is your delivery policy?
  Nationwide delivery is available with your order.  Typical turnaround time, from order to delivery, can be as quick as same day service but varies per shipment and availability.  Depending on the size, destination, and desired date of the shipment, we will select the best carrier to meet those needs and include the actual shipping costs in our invoice.
   
• Can products be returned?
  Yes.  Most of our standard products can be returned within 90 days of shipment given they are in good condition and of industry standard lengths.  Restocking fees may apply.  Please contact a sales associate or visit our showroom for details.
   
• Do your products qualify for warranties?
  Yes.  Stock and custom manufactured items are warranted for one year from date of shipment to be free from defects which render them unserviceable under normal use for which they were designed.  Additional restrictions may apply, so please contact a sales associate for more information.
